Tai Chi

Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, was originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, but is now practised world wide for its relaxation and health benefits.   Our course is based on the standard Yang 24 style which is the most common form now taught.   It combines a range of low impact slow movements which build stamina, flexibility, improve breathwork and balance – so its especially useful and effective for people who are starting from a place of poor fitness, ill health or limited mobility.   Upon completion of this course you will be able to run groups/classes as well as offer one to ones to clients.
