Craniosacral Therapy

This page has three levels of study displayed. In order to study the higher levels, we require proof of Study of the lower levels with Natural Self OR a similar course being learn’t elsewhere.
Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 (Adults)
Craniosacral Therapy Level 2 (Children, Babies & Infants)
Craniosacral Therapy Level 3 (Advanced Techniques)

Craniosacral Level 1 – Adults

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a non invasive pressure point technique which is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a fingertip light touch. The principle is to help the body reset itself by a gentle touch and rebalancing of the body via pressure points within the skull, spine or joints.

It works with the bodys own mechanisms to help it to rebalance  being a blend of both physical pressure and energy rebalancing.  It is especially effective for cell memory issues such as whip lash, trauma and self protection muscle memory from accidents or injuries at unlocking tissues for more freedom of movement and release of stress and tension.

Our level one covers a range of standard pressure points and principles for working effectively on adults for a wide range of issues,  it is an excellent add on treatment for Massage  therapists or as a stand alone therapy in its own right.

Craniosacral Level 2 – Children, Babies & Infants

Being a non-invasive therapy which is performed fully clothed, Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very effective tool for working on birth trauma with newborns, unlocking stress and problem sleep patterns – as well as working on infants and older children for stress relief and muscle tension.

Our level two covers a range of standard pressure points and principles for working effectively on children of all ages for a wide range of issues as well as expending on the treatments for adults.  In order to take this level it is a prerequisite to have done level one with us.

Craniosacral Level 3 – Advanced

In this advanced craniosacral course, we cover a range of tools and technique to unlock muscle and cell memory for emotional and physical issues.   We also look at some of the concepts of how trauma and memory are linked to different aspects of the body and spine for effective release of physical and emotional problems.
