Having had an interest in spirituality and in particular runes and tarot since an early age, I have always been interested in not only the use of such ideas but also their practical uses.  as a child and young teen I spent a lot of my time researching  information and training to develop the innate interest and abilities I had in these areas.  Having done some spiritual work with clairvoyance when younger, I discovered that my main talents lay towards healing and helping others - having at times been called a catalyst to others change. Because of this I looked at moving into the counselling profession as a career, but after looking at courses as well as studying psychology, I found that the  theory was an excellent grounding, but that the practical change was slow to be produced. This led me to train in Hypnotherapy to further my interest in regression. Whilst Hypnotherapy has been my main interest since 1992, I also have had training in aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Reiki (and may similar systems), as well as throughout this time making use of spiritual healing and aura work. For many years I have also been very involved in spiritual and mystical matters.  I worked as an online advisor and teacher for mystical topics and spiritual development for the AOL community  for 10 years, as well as developing many workshops and courses to enable people to develop their full potential in this area. With my business and customer service skills, I expanded my original training enterprises beyond corporate training and moved into self development and personal life skills coaching as well as looking into and developing complete programs of development for body, mind and spirit.   I still provide individual therapy, training courses, and bespoke corporate courses. Natural Self is an enterprise to bring together some of the skilled and developed people that I have met over the years and allow them to share their skills and discoveries with others.   I was also an instrumental member in the development and production of industry standard for training and teaching standards for therapies for the Guild of Holistic Therapies..  An organisation I am proud to say voted me in as Chairman for the last 2 years.
